What they are looking for
The focus of the brand is affordable restaurant that’s easy on the pocket. It is a restaurant with delicious Italian food, with a South African flair in a family environment. So basically a funky, fun family restaurant with a bit of an Italian/South African mix!
What they are DONT want! (AVOID DOING THIS)
Please do not revert to the Italian Flag, Italian accent type cliché. Mimmos is a contemporary South African favourite sit-down Italian family restaurant chain. NOT an old fashioned mamma pasta pizzeria.
