What they are looking for

This design should use edgy graphics to communicate the 350.org international day of climate action message. 350.org is an international campaign dedicated to building a movement to unite the world around solutions to the climate crisis--the solutions that justice demand. Our mission is to inspire the world to rise to the challenge of the climate crisis--to create a new sense of urgency and of possibility for our planet. Our focus is on the number 350--as in parts per million, the level scientists have identified as the safe upper limit for CO2 in our atmosphere. But 350 is more than a number--it\'s a symbol of where we need to head as a planet. To support this campaign, the car wrap should be designed for the top performing hybrid car. The wrap should be colorful and creative while conveying the 350 message. NOTE: For maximum impact, we are seeking entries to be posted as soon as possible, but we understand the competition timeline. Background - 350.org is an international campaign dedicated to creating an equitable global climate treaty that lowers carbon dioxide below 350 parts per million. 350 is the number that leading scientists say is the safe upper limit for carbon dioxide--measured in \"Parts Per Million\" in our atmosphere. 350 ppm--it\'s the number humanity needs to get back below as soon as possible to avoid runaway climate change. 350.org is coordinating an international day of action on October 24, 2009 at hundreds of iconic places around the world - from the Taj Mahal to the Great Barrier Reef - we will spark a global movement that will unite the public, media, and our political leaders behind the 350 goal. Our work is only possible because of our network of friends and allies around the world, including major international NGOs and local, grassroots organizations.
